Sharon Fitzpatrick

Sharon joined Adoptions with Love in June as our newest Expectant Birth Parent Coordinator. Since beginning her role, she has embraced the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of private adoption and the nuances of creating personalized adoption plans.

In her position, Sharon works closely with expectant parents across the country, guiding them through the initial stages of their adoption journeys. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with birth parents, coordinating their connection with our Social Workers, and facilitating the exchange of letters and photos between birth and adoptive families. Sharon also assists with the management of Adoptions with Love’s social media accounts, contributes to the preparation of legal documentation, and supports daily office operations. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help ensure that our programs run smoothly and efficiently. Sharon’s favorite aspect of her work is that she is constantly learning something new, making every workday fulfilling! She graduated from Fordham University Lincoln Center with a degree in Communications and Media Studies and minors in Arabic and Film & Television. Outside of work, Sharon enjoys volunteering at her local cat shelter, attending concerts, and spending time with her friends and family.
