We met in 2018 after being set up on a blind date by Gina’s mom and Dan’s sister-in-law, who were coworkers at the time. We got married in 2020 in the backyard of Gina’s childhood home. It was a small ceremony surrounded by close family and friends. We both say it was the “best day ever!”

Expanding our family to include children is a dream of ours. Adoption was always something we considered as a couple and after struggling with infertility for 2+ years, we began working with Adoptions with Love. We can’t wait to become parents.

Our relationship is one that is built on love and respect, that and we are a couple that genuinely enjoys spending quality time together. It doesn’t matter where we are or who we are with, we’re always having fun and laughing.

For fun, we love going to listen to live music, whether at large stadium or local venue. We both love the beach and try to go as often as we can, no matter what time of year! Dan’s hobbies are playing the guitar, running, gardening, and cooking. Gina enjoys hot yoga, reading, antique shopping and hosting gatherings for family and friends.

We both have several siblings and are lucky that we get to be called “Auntie Gina” and “Uncle Diggy” to a great group of nieces and nephews who are excited to add a new addition to the cousin crew! Both sets of grandparents are also ecstatic to have another grandchild to dote on. Given we both come from large families who all live in Massachusetts, we’re lucky that we’re able to spend all our holidays together. To be honest, we love any reason to get our family and friends together, so we’re always finding some reason to host and celebrate!

We look forward to introducing our child to the beaches of Cape Cod, where they can explore the tide pools and dig for hermit crabs. We also look forward to taking our on fishing trips to the Quabbin Reservoir. It is the most beautiful spot in Massachusetts, and it’s not uncommon to spot wildlife such as bald eagles or even moose. It will mean the world to us to teach our child about nature and wildlife and take them on adventures throughout the world.

Our home is located in the heart of Central Massachusetts. We live on a quiet dead end street close to schools and parks. Our backyard was made for a swing set, which we look forward to adding when our little one comes!
