We met in college through a close friend, and we’ve been happily married for over 10 years. Our first date was at a vintage car show, where we quickly bonded over our shared love of art, music, and a passion for exploring new places together.

We have many passions that we can’t wait to share with a child. Whether we’re hiking a new trail, planting in the garden, playing music, painting, or cooking up something fun in the kitchen, we love spending time together—and even more so when we’re surrounded by family and friends.

Craig is compassionate, creative, and endlessly supportive—he’s the kind of person who makes everyone feel seen and valued, and he always knows how to make you laugh. He has a deep love for family and is the kind of partner and friend who shows up with his whole heart.

Crystle is warm, kind-hearted, and incredibly creative. She’s someone you can always count on—loyal, loving, and full of quick wit that brings joy and laughter to any moment. She has a gift for making people feel safe, supported, and truly loved.

Craig’s mom and two brothers live nearby, along with extended family, and we see them often. Crystle’s parents, siblings, and large extended family are in Michigan and Florida, and though they’re farther away, we visit throughout the year and celebrate holidays together. We’re lucky to have big, loving families who fill our gatherings with fun, laughter, and love.

Starting a family has always been a lifelong dream for us. The journey to get here hasn’t been as straightforward as we once imagined. After years of infertility and heartbreaking losses, we faced some of the most difficult moments of our lives. It was after our last miscarriage that we decided to pursue adoption—a decision rooted in love and hope. More than anything, we realized that what mattered most was having a child to love, nurture, and share our lives with.

We can’t wait to experience life through our child’s eyes as they grow. We have so many passions we’re excited to share—and we can’t wait to help them discover what excites them. Whether it’s painting and drawing, traveling, camping, playing sports, or cooking and baking together, we look forward to making memories and trying new things as a family.

We live in a condo in the Boston suburbs, surrounded by nature with a big yard—perfect for playing and exploring. A park and playground are just down the street, and we chose this neighborhood for its excellent schools. It’s the best of both worlds: city excitement with a peaceful, cozy place to come home to.
