We met in the spring of 2021, when we were feeling a strong need for connection after a year of lockdowns. What began as a friendship and a trip together grew into a serious relationship. We moved in together in 2022 and married in 2023!

We both love to stay fit and do hobbies together like dance classes, pottery, and board games.

Andrew is a big reader, enjoys rock climbing, biking, playing piano, and juggling! He also makes  origami mobiles that hang all around our house.

Maneesha is into gardening, bird photography, skiing, snorkelling and foraging outdoors. She also volunteers for causes close to her heart – nature conservation, teaching, and food pantry.

We see each other as true partners, sharing similar values but balancing each other with our different personalities and priorities.

Andrew is a happy soul, very emotionally intelligent, and pure with his intentions. He is constantly working on himself, which is what made me realize he will be an incredible father—reliable, non-judgmental, and profoundly dedicated.

Maneesha is a deeply caring person. She values strong relationships and is a planner who wants to get the most out of life. I love Maneesha for all of this and more, she is continually enriching my life and teaching me to be a more complete person.

Everyone in our family and friends have been incredibly supportive of our journey. Andrew’s and Maneesha’s parents are eagerly waiting to play with their first grandchild! Andrew is also the youngest of twelve cousins, with many kids of their own – plenty of playmates!

We believe that the strength and stability of our marriage, combined with the incredible support of our family and friends, will be the solid foundation for a successful parenting journey.

We both are excited to see the world as new again and explore its wonders with a child. We joke that instead of just sending our child to swimming classes, we would be taking swimming lessons with them.

Andrew is looking forward to reading together each night, as his dad read to him. Maneesha is looking forward to digging in the dirt to grow a garden together, teaching them math, and inspiring a love for learning. We are excited to travel the world with them, exploring different cultures.

We live in a 3-bedroom house filled with warmth and sunlight, artwork and house plants.

Our neighborhood is close to the Charles river with greenery, schools, and parks nearby. We have a diverse and vibrant community with lots of activities for younger kids!
